Bartunek & Bhattacharyya, Ltd., is a woman majority-owned full-service Intellectual Property law firm located outside of Washington, DC, and in proximity to the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia.
While our clients range from government installations to multi-million dollar companies and everything in between, we place particular emphasis on assisting small and start-up businesses with their IP needs. Too often, these entities find themselves unwilling or unable to protect themselves for a variety of reasons, not the least of which being financial considerations. However, our small size allows us to secure their interests at a fraction of the cost of larger firms, without sacrificing the quality or hands-on nature of our representation.
We especially appreciate the opportunity to represent Maryland individuals and businesses, as well as work with several local organizations in the furtherance of IP education and practice.
